Who ships my order?
Many of our products are made and shipped directly by our partner brands. If you order from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within a few business days and arrive within about 5–10 business days in the US. Timing can vary by brand, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as each package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we focus on shipping within the United States. Contact us if you're outside the US and we'll check whether your item can ship to you.
What is your return policy?
Return windows and conditions can vary by brand. See our Refund Policy or contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my products?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. In general, wash cotton towels and bedding before first use, and hand wash handmade porcelain for the longest life.
